What’s the difference between deep cleaning and regular cleaning?
Regular cleaning maintains your home’s general cleanliness (e.g., dusting, vacuuming, light surface wipe-downs).
Deep cleaning is more detailed – we tackle built-up dirt, neglected areas, scale, grease, and include extras like cupboard interiors and tougher grime removal.
What’s the difference between deep cleaning and end of tenancy cleaning?
Deep Cleaning is designed for occupied homes that need an occasional intensive clean.
End of Tenancy Cleaning is a more comprehensive service tailored to vacant properties, following estate agent checklists, often including cleaning inside all appliances, cupboards, and preparing the property for handover
Do I need to provide cleaning supplies or equipment?
Yes. For deep cleaning, please ensure the following are available on-site: Mop and bucket ,Vacuum/hoover ,Cloths and sponges We will bring professional-grade cleaning sprays and products. If you’d like us to provide equipment as well, please let us know in advance – an extra fee may apply.
Can I cancel or reschedule my booking?
Yes, but please give at least 24 hours’ notice. We reserve the right to apply a £50 fee for cancellations or changes made within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment. The same fee will apply if our cleaner is unable to access your property to carry out the work.
How long does a deep clean take?
This depends on the size and condition of the property. We’ll provide an estimated time when you book based on your specific needs.
Can I add extras on the day?
We recommend booking all extras in advance so we allocate enough time. We’ll always try to accommodate late requests, but it depends on availability.
Is parking required for deep cleaning services?
Yes, if you have booked a service that requires equipment (e.g., carpet or steam cleaning), we’ll need available parking near the property. If you can’t provide a permit or free parking, parking charges will be added to your invoice. If your property is within the Congestion Charge zone, this fee will also be added.
Do I need to be home during the clean?
Not necessarily. Many clients prefer to give us a key or access instructions. We’ll ensure your property is secure at all times.
Will the same cleaner return for future bookings?
Where possible, yes! If you transition to regular cleaning after your deep clean, we’ll aim to assign the same cleaner for consistency.
