We strive to assign the same cleaner to your premises for each session to ensure consistency and familiarity. If your regular cleaner is unavailable due to illness or vacation, we will provide a suitable replacement and inform you in advance.

What is the duration of your cleaning contracts?

Our standard commercial cleaning agreement is for a minimum of 1 year. However, we can arrange a test visit before signing the contract if you’d like. In some instances, we can accommodate rolling contracts to provide greater flexibility.

Please notify us at least 24 hours in advance during our business hours if you need to cancel or reschedule a session. This allows us to adjust our schedules accordingly and avoid any cancellation fees.
