A deep clean focuses on thoroughly cleaning your home, tackling dirt buildup and neglected areas. End of tenancy cleaning, however, follows a detailed checklist approved by estate agents and landlords, ensuring the property is in top condition for handover and deposit return. It includes appliance interiors, cupboards (inside & out), internal windows, and more

If your landlord or letting agent isn’t satisfied with the clean, we offer a free re-clean within 72 hours , provided the property remains vacant and in the same condition as during the initial service.

Yes. We bring all professional-grade cleaning sprays and detergents. However, mop, bucket, hoover, and cloths must be provided by the customer – unless requested in advance (equipment fee may apply).

We do not wash or repaint walls, but we will remove surface dust, cobwebs, and light marks where possible. Please note, we do not remove stains or scuffs from painted surfaces.

Yes – carpet cleaning is available as an add-on and can be included in your quote. Let us know at the time of booking. Our standard quote includes vacuuming only unless otherwise requested.

We require at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations or changes. A £50 fee applies if: • You cancel or reschedule with short notice • Our cleaners are unable to access the property on arrival

We usually send 2 to 4 professional cleaners, depending on the property size and condition. We always aim to complete the clean efficiently and thoroughly.

Do I need to arrange parking?

Yes. If your building requires a permit or paid parking, please arrange this in advance. If parking is not provided, any charges will be added to your invoice.

Our end of tenancy cleaning is offered at a fixed price, based on your property size and requirements. You are not booking a cleaner by the hour – the job is completed according to our checklist, regardless of duration.

Full payment is required upfront to confirm your booking. We accept payment via bank transfer or secure online payment.

No, you don’t have to be there. You can leave keys in a safe place, with a concierge, neighbour, or estate agent. We’ll handle the rest and notify you once the job is complete.

If the issue is related to our cleaning, we will return within 72 hours for a free re-clean. The property must be empty and in the same condition as during the original clean.

Yes. If your property is within the London Congestion Zone, fee will be added to your total unless a permit or exemption is provided.
