What’s included in your holiday rental cleaning?
Our standard holiday let clean includes:
- Cleaning all rooms (dusting, vacuuming, mopping)
- Bathroom and kitchen sanitising
- Bed making (with clean linen provided by host)
- Emptying bins and restocking supplies (if available)
- Internal window cleaning (reachable)
- Removing any leftover guest items or light rubbish
Additional services like laundry, fridge cleaning, or deep cleans can be added.
Do you change bed linen and towels?
Yes – we will:
✔ Strip used linen and remake beds with clean sheets provided by the host
✔ Replace towels if clean ones are left on-site
Laundry collection or off-site washing is not included but can be quoted separately. must be pre-booked (onsite or collection).
Do you remove guest belongings or forgotten items?
Yes – we will dispose of or set aside light personal items left behind by guests (e.g. toiletries, bottles, wrappers).
If any items seem valuable or personal, we’ll contact you before discarding.
Can you restock guest supplies?
Yes – if you provide toiletries, tea/coffee, or consumables, we can replenish and display them neatly for your next guest.
Do I need to provide cleaning supplies?
Yes – we ask that you provide basic cleaning products in the property (sprays, cloths, mop, hoover). If not available, we can bring equipment and products upon request – an additional charge may apply.
Can I schedule regular cleans automatically after bookings?
Yes! We offer flexible scheduling options such as:
- Per booking (on request)
- Weekly/bi-weekly cleans
- Fully managed schedules synced with your check-in calendar
How much notice do you need to book?
We recommend booking at least 48 hours in advance, especially during weekends or peak travel seasons. Last-minute slots may be available—get in touch and we’ll do our best to help.
Do you offer same-day turnaround cleaning?
Yes! We provide same-day check-out/check-in cleaning, ideal for back-to-back bookings. Please provide your guest schedule in advance to ensure availability.
What is your cancellation policy?
We require at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling. A £50 fee will apply if:
- You cancel late
- The cleaner cannot access the property as scheduled
