What’s the difference between a deep clean and after builders cleaning?

A deep clean is a thorough cleaning of an occupied or regularly used home, focusing on hygiene and built-up grime. After builders cleaning is tailored to post-construction or renovation work. It deals with builders’ dust, paint splashes, debris, and post-work residue using specialist tools and techniques.

✔ Wiping walls (light dust only – not painting over or stain removal)

✔ Internal windows and frames

✔ Deep cleaning of bathrooms & kitchens

✔ External cleaning of appliances (fridge, oven, dishwasher, etc.)

✔ Skirting boards, switches, sockets, doors, handles, and more

✔ Vacuuming and mopping multiple times

✔ Light rubbish removal (up to 2 standard bags) – extra charges apply for more or large/heavy waste

No. The property must be fully vacated of builders, tools, materials, and equipment. Cleaning cannot begin until all work is completed and surfaces are accessible

We recommend booking the clean at least 24 hours after the renovation ends. This allows dust to fully settle, so our team can clean effectively.

Yes! If your renovations are delayed, you can reschedule your cleaning. Please notify us at least 24 hours in advance to avoid any cancellation fees.

Yes! We offer after builders cleaning for offices, shops, studios, and other commercial properties. Let us know your workspace size and layout so we can tailor your quote.

We recommend booking as early as possible – especially for weekend or short-notice cleans. Ideally, book at least 3–5 days before your project end date, with flexibility if delays occur.

Is the price fixed or hourly?

After builders cleaning is charged at an hourly rate, depending on the number of cleaners and time required. We’ll give you an estimate based on the property size and condition, but final duration may vary.

Yes – if your property is in an area that requires parking permits, Congestion Charge these will be added to your final invoice unless you provide a valid permit or cover the cost directly.

We require 24 hours’ notice for cancellations or changes. A £50 fee applies for If cancel within 24 hours of the appointment or our cleaners cannot access the property on arrival

No, but carpet steam cleaning can be added as an optional service. Let us know during booking and we’ll include it in your estimate.

Our after builders cleaning includes external cleaning of appliances only. If you’d like the inside of the oven, fridge, or dishwasher cleaned, this can be added for an extra fee.

Yes – we provide all professional cleaning sprays and materials. If needed, we can also supply:
