  • Standard Rate: £25/hour per cleaner 
  • Evening/weekend work: +£5/hour 
  • Minimum Booking: 4 hours 
  • Congestion Charge, ULEZ & parking costs apply if not covered by the client

    All quotes are based on the size of the venue, number of guests, duration of cleaning, and areas used during the event.

Corporate Networking Event (50 guests)

  • 2 cleaners
  • 2 hours before + 2 hours after the event
  • Estimated cost: £200

Wedding Reception (100 guests) 

  • 3 cleaners 
  • 2 hours before + 6 hours after the event 
  • Estimated cost: £600 

Exhibition Launch (75 guests)

  • 3 cleaners 
  • 1 hour before, 1 cleaner on-site during the event, 4 hours after –
  • Estimated cost: £450–£500 

Full-Day Conference (150 guests) 

  • 4 cleaners 
  • Continuous service across 8–9 hours (pre, during & post-event) –
  • Estimated cost: £700–£900

    These examples include full cleaning of all areas used during the event, not just the main rooms. Each quote is customised based on your venue size, event schedule, and any extras you choose.

Cancellation Policy

We understand that plans can change. To keep things fair for our team and clients:

  • Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice will be charged the full service fee. 
  • Cancellations made with 24–48 hours’ notice may be charged 50% of the service cost. 
  • No access on arrival (e.g., no one present, no key) will also incur the full fee.

What’s included in your event cleaning service?

Our service includes pre-event cleaning, optional during-event support, and full post-event cleaning of all used areas — including guest zones, restrooms, kitchens, entrances, and any backstage or staff areas.

Yes, we can provide discreet staff during the event to manage waste, clean up spills, and maintain restrooms. Just let us know during booking if you’d like this included.

Yes — all Parla Cleaning staff are fully vetted, professionally trained, insured, and uniformed. We take great care to ensure every team member reflects the high standards our clients expect.

We bring all cleaning materials. If you’d like us to provide equipment (hoovers, mop, steam machines), we can do so upon request — please mention this in advance.

Yes — we offer evening, weekend, and short-notice event cleaning, subject to availability. Higher rates may apply for out-of-hours service.

Our pricing is based on: • Number of cleaners required • Duration of the service (pre/during/post) • Size of venue and number of areas used • Optional extras requested You’ll receive a clear quote with no hidden fees.

Do you charge for rubbish removal?

We include light rubbish removal (up to 2 standard bags) in every booking. Larger volumes or event waste can be cleared at an additional cost.

Absolutely. You can add: 

  • Steam cleaning (toilets, kitchens, hard floors) 
  • Carpet & upholstery cleaning 
  • Internal window cleaning 
  • Post-event disinfection
    These are available as optional extras and quoted separately.
  • Less than 24 hrs’ notice: Full fee applies
  • 24–48 hrs’ notice: 50% may be charged 
  • No access on arrival: Full fee charged
    We kindly ask for at least 48 hours’ notice to avoid charges.

As early as possible, especially for larger events. We recommend booking 1–2 weeks in advance, but we can often accommodate short-notice requests if availability allows.
