Steam Cleaning Prices
Steam cleaning utilizes high-temperature steam to sanitize the mattress, effectively killing dust mites and bacteria. While excellent for sanitization, it may not be as effective for deep stain removal.

What mattress cleaning methods do you offer?
We offer two professional options: Hot Water Extraction (HWE): Deep cleaning method using hot water and detergent injected into the mattress and extracted, ideal for removing sweat, allergens, and surface stains. Steam Cleaning: Uses high-temperature steam for sanitisation and odour removal. Suitable for light refreshes and allergy relief.
What's the difference between hot water extraction and steam cleaning?
Hot Water Extraction cleans deeper and is better at removing dirt, sweat, and allergens. Steam Cleaning is mainly for sanitisation, ideal for regular maintenance but may not remove visible stains. If you’re looking for stain removal
How long does it take to dry?
Hot Water Extraction: 4–7 hours, but we recommend not using the mattress for at least 24 hours to ensure full drying. Steam Cleaning: 3–5 hours drying time depending on mattress type and ventilation.
Can all stains be removed?
No. While our cleaning methods are highly effective, not all stains (e.g., blood, ink, paint) can be completely removed – especially if they are old or have set deeply.
How often should I have my mattress professionally cleaned?
We recommend cleaning your mattress every 6 months to maintain hygiene, reduce allergens, and extend its lifespan.
When can I book mattress cleaning?
You can book based on the method you choose: • Hot Water Extraction is available when booked with carpet or upholstery cleaning only. • Steam Cleaning is available as part of: ◦ Regular Cleaning ◦ Deep Cleaning ◦ End of Tenancy ◦ One-Off Cleaning
Do I need to prepare the room before cleaning?
Yes – please: Remove bedding and pillows Clear small or fragile items from the area Provide access to electricity and water
Do I need to arrange parking?
Yes. If you are in a location with controlled parking or permit zones, please arrange: • A parking space or permit • We will add parking, Congestion Zone, fees to your invoice if not provided
What is your cancellation policy?
We require 24 hours’ notice for cancellations or changes. A £50 fee applies if: • You cancel late • Our technician cannot access the property
