What services are included in regular office cleaning?
Our standard office cleaning covers:
- Dusting and wiping desks and surfaces
- Vacuuming and mopping floors
- Emptying bins and replacing liners
- Cleaning kitchenettes and staff areas
- Sanitising restrooms (toilets, sinks, etc.)
- Disinfecting high-touch points like door handles and switches
- Spot cleaning internal windows (reachable areas)
Additional services like carpet cleaning, window cleaning, and deep cleans can be added when needed.
Will we have the same cleaner each time?
Yes – we always aim to assign a regular cleaner for consistency and familiarity. If your assigned cleaner is unavailable (e.g. due to illness or holiday), we will inform you and provide a fully trained substitute.
Do you provide cleaning materials and equipment?
Yes – we can provide cleaning materials and equipment upon request and subject to availability. Let us know your preferences at the time of booking, and we’ll ensure everything is arranged accordingly. Additional fees may apply for equipment supply.
Are your cleaning products eco-friendly?
We encourage all our clients to use eco-friendly, non-toxic products in line with our sustainability approach. Upon request, we’re happy to supply green cleaning solutions for your workspace.
Can we schedule cleaning outside of normal business hours?
Absolutely! We offer flexible scheduling, including:

How do you ensure the security of our office?
Your office security is a top priority. All of our staff are vetted, insured, and background-checked. We follow strict protocols for key handling and alarm codes, and your property will be cleaned with professionalism and care.
Can we request a deep clean or extra time occasionally?
Yes! You can book our one-off deep cleaning service separately with our specialised team. Alternatively, we can extend your regular cleaner’s shift occasionally to tackle specific areas – just let us know in advance so we can allocate time.
What is your contract length and cancellation policy?
- Our standard commercial cleaning contract is for 12 months
- We can sometimes offer rolling monthly terms on request
- We require 2 months’ notice for termination of service
How is the pricing calculated?
Your hourly rate is based on:
- Cleaners’ fair pay (we pay above London Living Wage)
- Our agency support and service fee
- Frequency of visits
- Equipment, materials, and extras (if required)
All pricing is per hour and exclusive of VAT.
Can you provide quotes and site visits?
Yes! We can:
- Send a representative for an on-site visit
- Review photos, videos, or floorplans to provide an estimate

How do we receive invoices and make payments?
We can issue weekly or monthly invoices
Invoices can be sent automatically if paying by Direct Debit
